1.Tehnologichna line for processing of strawberries freeze
Strawberries are inspected, washed in Universal Washing Machine. Switching to dual-band , which is removing the stems and leaves.
They are placed on the lower belt. Cleaned strawberries come into desiccant for removing surface moisture. At the end of podsushitelya, strawberries collected in suitable boxes, which are arranged in carriages Freezing.

2. Calibration, Packaging and Storage
After the freezing process, strawberries are calibrated in 4 classes. Raspberries are calibrated in 2 or 3 caliber, like a broken raspberry fruit is made of semolina cameras. Packaging of frozen fruits and vegetables is done on automatic packaging machine running on a weight basis.
Storage of frozen prodove and vegetables carried in refrigerated at a temperature / -18 to - 22 /degrees C.Sour cherries are stored at /- 26 /°C.
