2. Technological line for preliminary processing of cherries and sour cherries.
Treatment of cherries starts with inspection and washing. Then stems are removed and cherries are calibrated in classes which gives the opportunity to remove stones right. The cherry pitting machine positions fruits accurately so pits are ejected through the centre where the stem had been attached. Thus very high quality of the end product is achieved. Before freezing surface of cherries is dried with intense air flow.

PITTING MACHIN Model: KM 600
The new pitting machine Model – KM 600 is designed for removing stones from cherries and morello cherries.
Cherries are charged in the hopper and then automatically introduced into the pitting machine over the fruit-bearing plates.
This machine is equipped with e special orientating device which positions fruits accurately. In this way pit is ejected through the center where the stem had been attached.

So cherries and morello cherries are kept intact without any damage and can be presented in perfect shape to consumers.
Ready fruits can be used for production of compote, jams, candied fruits, frozen fruits, cocktail cherries and morello cherries, etc.
The machine can be delivered with replaceable parts for cherries with different diameter.

3. Calibration packing and storage.
Frozen fruits or vegetables can be inspected for one last time and then weighed and packed. Before that some fruits like strawberries and cherries can be calibrated in different classes depending on fruit size. Ready plastic or cartoon packages are arranged on box pallets to be put in storage freezing chambers.
